I was born and raised all throughout different areas of Florida. I started in the housing industry when I was 18 when I worked for a mortgage company as a loan processor. My favorite part of the job was that I was able to help people.

After the company dissolved, I went into the customer service industry for over 13 years. During that time, I learned how to respond to upset clients and how to be resourceful and resolve issues turning every situation into a positive experience. I still dreamed of accomplishing my real estate license and being able to apply everything that I have learned into helping people with one of the most important moments of their lives! I love watching family, friends and people I have never met get the keys to their home, many of which did not think it was possible. Buying a home can be scary and seemingly difficult.

One of my greatest traits as an agent is, I understand that and break down the process into simple steps and scenarios for my clients to have peace of mind and understanding. It is a great feeling of achievement to see a discerned client have a look of relief and confidence after we go over their plan for execution. I can proudly say I go above and beyond for my clients and rise to the occasion when there is a specific need.

I have helped clients do full clean outs inherited properties to get ready for listing. I have had houses and ducts cleaned for customers with allergies because the previous owner had pets in the home. There have been a few times I have completed minor inspection requirements myself so my client’s financing would be approved and they could close on their dream home.

I will always look outside of the box and be relentless for any client on my team to complete our goal! Remember, it is never too soon to start working towards your dreams!
